Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued Announcement No. 28 of 2026 on Strengthening the Management of Certification Information Reporting and Certification Certificate Information Inquiry, which puts forward new requirements for the management of certification information reporting and certification certificate information inquiry.
In order to implement the provisions of this announcement and ensure that customers and relevant parties can accurately and conveniently verify certification certificate information, Beijing Mainland Aviation Star Quality Certification Center Co., Ltd. (HXQC) has issued a notice on September 24, 2026, regarding the adjustment of certification certificate query channels. The relevant matters regarding the adjustment of the certification certificate query channel are hereby announced again as follows.
1 Certification certificate issued in accordance with the certification rules formulated by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration The public query method for this type of certificate remains unchanged and can be accessed through the following two channels: HXQC official website www.hxqc.cn National Certification and Accreditation Administration website National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform (Certification Cloud) cx.cnca.cn At present, the certification areas for which the National Certification and Accreditation Administration has formulated certification rules include: quality management systemEnvironmental Management SystemOccupational Health and Safety Management SystemEnergy Management SystemInformation Security Management SystemInformation Technology Service Management SystemIntellectual Property Management SystemMeasurement Management SystemFood Safety Management SystemHACCP systemOrganic productsGood Agricultural PracticesLow carbon productsGreen products 2 Certification certificates issued in accordance with the certification rules independently formulated by HXQC and filed with the National Certification and Accreditation Administration According to the announcement requirements, the public query method for this type of certificate is: HXQC official website www.hxqc.cn The National Certification and Accreditation Administration platform will no longer open the query of such certificates Note: For certificates of this type that have been issued, if the certification certificate is marked with statements such as "can be queried on the National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform (cx. cnca. cn)", this query method will no longer be applicable from September 30, 2026. Please check the certificate information through the HXQC official website uniformly. HXQC will issue a new version of the certificate during the supervision/re certification process; You can also apply in writing to HXQC for an early replacement of the new certificate according to business needs. 1 Validity of certification certificate This adjustment only pertains to the query method of certification certificate information and does not alter the legal validity of the certification certificate. The certification conclusions and validity of various certificates issued by HXQC are not affected by this adjustment. HXQC will be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the certification certificate information published on the official website. The official website query channel has been made public in accordance with regulatory requirements and provides real-time query services. 2 Sample update of certification certificate HXQC will update the certification certificate samples corresponding to the self formulated and filed certification rules in accordance with the requirements of the announcement, and publish them on the official website. Starting from September 30, 2026, certification certificates issued in accordance with self formulated and filed certification rules will uniformly adopt the new version of certification certificate samples. 3 Certification certificate change processing If there are any changes to your organization's name, registered address, business address, business scope, etc., please contact HXQC in a timely manner to handle the certificate change and ensure that the certification certificate information is consistent with the actual information of your organization.
