 Food packaging is a kind of common food packaging materials, its safety performance directly affect the safety of the food. In order to reduce the risk of contaminated food food sack, this paper discusses the application of HACCP system in food packaging production. According to the basic principle of HACCP, the production process of food packaging was analyzed, and find out the risk factors, determine the critical control points and critical limits, and the monitoring of the key points of control and corrective measures are discussed. For the application of HACCP system in food packaging field provides a certain reference.
